Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 lb Beef tips or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes (Adjust to taste)

Vegetables

  • 2 cups Cooked rice (white or brown)
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot Julienned carrot
  • 2 green onions Sliced green onions

Garnish

  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (for garnish)
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Chili paste (Adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Instructions 

  • Cook rice and set aside.
  • Stir-fry beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes until cooked.
  • Steam or blanch broccoli and julienne carrot.
  • Assemble bowls with rice, beef, vegetables, and sliced green onions.
  • Mix sour cream with chili paste, soy sauce, and sesame oil for the sauce. Drizzle over bowls and garnish with sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust spice levels and ingredients to taste. Use fresh vegetables for best flavor.
