Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 fillets salmon fillets (cubed)

Spices

  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper

Carbohydrates

  • 2 cups cooked rice

Fats

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey

Other

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Garnish

  • parsley and chili flakes for garnish parsley and chili flakes

Instructions 

  • Season salmon with Cajun spices and seasoning.
  • Heat oil in skillet until hot and sear salmon until golden and cooked through.
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic, then add honey and lemon juice to make sauce.
  • Coat salmon in sauce and serve over rice, garnished with parsley and chili flakes.
