2lbsboneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
3tablespoonshoney
Juice and zest of 2 limeslime juice and zest
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonsoy sauce
1tablespoonhot sauce
1teaspoonchili flakes
2 clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoonsmoked paprika
½teaspoonground cumin
Salt and black pepper to tasteSalt and black pepper

Instructions
Whisk together honey, lime juice and zest, olive oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, garlic, chili flakes, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper to make the marinade.
Marinate the chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, up to 8 hours.
Preheat grill or skillet. Cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until cooked through.
Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then slice. Garnish with cilantro and lime wedges.
