Ingredients

Salmon

  • 300 g salmon fillet (cut into bite-sized pieces)

Rice

  • 200 g rice (cooked)

Sauce

  • 2 tbsp gochujang sauce (for topping)

Instructions 

  • Pan-fry salmon bites in a skillet until golden brown.
  • Coat salmon with sesame seeds while cooking.
  • Prepare rice according to package instructions.
  • Serve salmon over rice and drizzle with gochujang sauce.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate salmon in soy sauce before cooking.
