A quick and flavorful noodle dish with a spicy sriracha sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Noodles

  • 4 oz lo mein noodles (Cooked and drained)
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
  • 2 large eggs (Lightly whisked)
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp sriracha
  • 1 handful fresh cilantro (optional)
  • 1 green onion sliced green onion

Instructions 

  • Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha to make the sauce.
  • Boil noodles until tender, then drain.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl.
  • Scramble eggs in butter with crushed red pepper.
  • Add noodles to eggs, pour sauce, and toss to coat.
  • Garnish with cilantro and green onion, then serve.

Notes

Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper.
