A quick and flavorful noodle dish with a spicy sriracha sauce, perfect for a satisfying meal.
Ingredients

lo mein noodles
(Cooked and drained)

butter

crushed red pepper

(Lightly whisked)

brown sugar

Instructions
Mix brown sugar, soy sauce, and sriracha to make the sauce.
Boil noodles until tender, then drain.
Whisk eggs in a bowl.
Scramble eggs in butter with crushed red pepper.
Add noodles to eggs, pour sauce, and toss to coat.
Garnish with cilantro and green onion, then serve.
Notes
Adjust spice level by adding more or less red pepper.
