A delicious appetizer featuring a savory spinach and artichoke filling baked inside a crusty French loaf.
Ingredients
Bread

French bread

cups
fresh spinach

can (14 oz)
artichoke hearts, drained
8
oz
cream cheese, softened

cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
½
cup
grated Parmesan cheese

tsp
garlic powder

cup
sour cream
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Slice the bread and scoop out some of the soft center.
Sauté spinach in olive oil until wilted, then remove from heat.
Mix spinach, chopped artichokes, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and sour cream until combined.
Fill each half of the loaf with the mixture and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Notes
For a crispier crust, bake a few extra minutes or broil briefly at the end.
