A delicious baked bread filled with creamy spinach, artichokes, and cheesy goodness, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients
Bread

large
baguette
1
cup
cream cheese
1
cup
sour cream
1
can 14 oz
artichoke hearts
(drained and chopped)
1
package 10 oz
frozen spinach
(thawed and squeezed dry)
1
cup
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2
cup
grated Parmesan cheese
2
cloves
garlic
(minced)
to taste
Salt
to taste
Pepper

tablespoons
olive oil
Optional
red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Add chopped artichokes, spinach, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Carve a deep V-shaped cut on top of the baguette. Stuff with the cheese mixture.
Brush the outside with olive oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
Cool slightly, then slice and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle red pepper flakes before baking.
