Instructions
Chop onion, mince garlic, and wash spinach. Sauté onion in olive oil until translucent, then add garlic and cook briefly. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Whisk eggs with salt, pepper, and spices. Pour eggs into skillet, scramble with spinach until just set. Warm wraps, fill with egg mixture and cheese, then fold and serve.
