A quick and delicious breakfast wrap combining fluffy eggs, fresh spinach, and melted cheese, perfect for on-the-go mornings.

Ingredients

Eggs

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil or butter
  • 1 large tortilla (8–10 inch)

Instructions 

  • Warm the tortilla briefly, then set aside.
  • Whisk eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Cook eggs in a skillet with oil or butter until softly set, then add spinach and cook until wilted.
  • Sprinkle cheese over eggs and let melt, then remove from heat.
  • Place eggs on tortilla, fold, and roll tightly.
  • Sear the wrap seam-side down for 1–2 minutes until golden, then slice and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or herbs.
