Ingredients
Spring Roll Wrappers
1tablespoonVegetable Oil
4clovesGarlic chopped
1pieceOnion thinly sliced
1tablespoonSpring Onion Whites chopped
2.5cupsCabbage shredded
⅓cupCarrot finely chopped or thinly sliced
⅓cupCapsicum finely chopped or thinly sliced
¼cupBeans finely chopped
to tasteSalt and Pepper
1teaspoonRed Chilli Sauce
½tablespoonSoy Sauce or Tamari
1teaspoonRice Vinegar
¼cupSpring Onion Greens chopped
½tablespoonSesame Oil
5tablespoonsCornstarch mixed with water
as neededOil for Deep Frying
Instructions
Heat vegetable oil in a pan, add garlic and fry until golden.
Add sliced onions and spring onion whites, cook until soft and translucent.
Add cabbage and sauté until water evaporates, then add carrot, capsicum, beans, salt, and pepper; cook for 2 minutes.
Add chili sauce, soy sauce, and rice vinegar; cook for 1 minute. Finish with spring onion greens and sesame oil, toss for 30 seconds. Cool the mixture.
