Enjoy flavorful, tender steak fajitas cooked in one skillet for a quick and satisfying meal.
Ingredients
Meat

beef steak, cut into thin strips
(petite sirloin or similar)

red bell pepper

yellow bell pepper
yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips

yellow onion, thinly sliced

(or other high smoke point oil)

Instructions
Mix seasoning blend ingredients in a small bowl.
Marinate steak with marinade ingredients for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet, cook peppers and onions with seasoning for 5 minutes.
Remove veggies, wipe pan, then cook steak in batches until done, combining with veggies at the end.
Garnish with cilantro, squeeze lime juice, and serve with tortillas and optional toppings.
Notes
Serve immediately with warm tortillas and your favorite toppings.
