Instructions
Mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and pepper to make the sauce.
Cube steak, marinate with half the sauce for 30 minutes.
Cook steak, then set aside. Prepare garlic, onion, rice, vegetables, and remaining sauce.
Stir-fry steak in oil, then set aside. Add oil, garlic, onion, rice, vegetables, and sauce to wok, stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
Push rice to one side, scramble egg in the empty space, then mix everything together and cook for 1 minute.
Garnish with scallions and serve hot.
Notes
Use high heat for stir-frying to prevent sticking and ensure quick cooking.
