A hearty and flavorful dish combining tender beef, roasted potatoes, and fresh broccoli for a satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Meat

  • 1.5 pounds beef steak (cut into 1-inch cubes)

Vegetables

  • 1.5 pounds potatoes (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 1 pound broccoli florets

Oils & Seasonings

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with 1.5 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, season beef cubes with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and cook beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Steam or blanch broccoli until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Combine cooked beef, roasted potatoes, and broccoli. Drizzle with remaining olive oil if desired.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your hearty meal.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or your favorite herbs.
