Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with 1.5 tbsp olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, season beef cubes with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a skillet and cook beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Steam or blanch broccoli until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
Combine cooked beef, roasted potatoes, and broccoli. Drizzle with remaining olive oil if desired.
Serve hot and enjoy your hearty meal.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of soy sauce or your favorite herbs.
