A delicious blend of tender chicken and noodles coated in a sticky garlic sauce.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 450 g chicken fillet or pieces, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 60 ml soy sauce
  • 45 g honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 5 g grated ginger
  • 1 tsp red chili flakes (optional)
  • 30 g cornstarch
  • 30 ml vegetable oil
  • 225 g noodles (rice noodles or egg noodles)
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions 

  • Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes to make the sauce.
  • Toss chicken with cornstarch until coated.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden, about 6–8 minutes.
  • Pour sauce over chicken and simmer until thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
  • Cook noodles according to package instructions, then add to skillet and toss.
  • Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the sauce for 30 minutes before cooking.
