Ingredients

Fruits

  • 250 grams strawberries (fresh or frozen)

Grains

  • 0.5 cup rolled oats

Liquids

  • 0.75 cup almond milk

Nuts & Nut Butters

  • 0.25 cup almond butter

Sweeteners

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For Serving

  • Fresh strawberries or mint (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, starting with the almond milk.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust consistency with more milk or sweetness with additional agave syrup if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberries or mint. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use frozen strawberries for a colder, thicker smoothie.
