Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease pan and line with parchment.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, almond flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda.
Beat eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla, orange juice, and zest until combined.
Fold dry ingredients into wet, then add half of strawberries.
Pour batter into pan, top with remaining strawberries and almonds, then bake 25-30 mins.
Notes
For best results, serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or a dollop of coconut cream.
