Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir well.
Fold in half of the strawberries.
Pour into dish, top with remaining strawberries, and bake 35-40 mins.
Cool slightly before serving.
