A delicious and healthy baked oatmeal featuring fresh strawberries, perfect for a wholesome breakfast.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

Wet ingredients

  • 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Strawberries

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8x8-inch baking dish.
  • Mix oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  • Add milk, maple syrup, and vanilla; stir well.
  • Fold in half of the strawberries.
  • Pour into dish, top with remaining strawberries, and bake 35-40 mins.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use ripe strawberries for best flavor.
