A delicious and wholesome breakfast featuring baked oats and fresh strawberries, perfect for a cozy morning.

Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
  • ½ cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. Baking Powder
  • ¼ tsp. Salt

Wet ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter (melted and slightly cooled)

Sliced strawberries

  • 2 cups Frozen Sliced Strawberries

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
  • Whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
  • Layer 1 cup of strawberries in dish, spread dry mixture, pour wet mixture, then top with remaining strawberries.
  • Bake for 35-40 minutes, then cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For added flavor, serve with a drizzle of honey or a dollop of yogurt.
