Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish.
Mix oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
Whisk milk, eggs, vanilla, and melted butter in a separate bowl.
Layer 1 cup of strawberries in dish, spread dry mixture, pour wet mixture, then top with remaining strawberries.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, then cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with a drizzle of honey or a dollop of yogurt.
