Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F (190C). Grease a 12x8-inch dish with butter.
Mix oats, baking powder, and cinnamon. Whisk eggs, maple syrup, melted butter, vanilla, and salt. Add milk and dry ingredients, then fold in strawberries.
Pour batter into dish, sprinkle with sugar if desired, and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden.
Let rest for 5-10 minutes, then cut into 6 squares and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, top with fresh berries or a drizzle of honey.
