Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 pieces frozen bananas (peeled before freezing)
  • 1.5 cups frozen strawberries

Add-ins

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup non-dairy milk

Optional add-ins

  • to taste protein powder, almond butter, chia seeds, etc (add as desired)

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, using a tamper if needed.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add toppings of choice.
