Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 piece banana

Dairy

  • 1 cup milk

Ice

  • 1 cup ice

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth, about 30–60 seconds.
  • If too thick, add a splash more milk or water; if too thin, add more frozen fruit or ice.

Notes
