A creamy and refreshing smoothie combining strawberries, bananas, and coconut yogurt for a delightful treat.

Ingredients

Base

  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 2 frozen bananas frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries
  • 2 scoops Ka’Chava Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste or vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt
  • 3 large dollops coconut yogurt
  • Crushed freeze-dried strawberries for sprinkling

Instructions 

  • Break frozen bananas into chunks and gather all ingredients.
  • Add cashew milk, bananas, strawberries, raspberries, protein powder, almond butter, vanilla, and salt to blender. Blend on low for 30 seconds.
  • Increase to medium-high and blend for 2 minutes until smooth.
  • Swirl coconut yogurt in glass, then sprinkle crushed strawberries on the side.
  • Pour smoothie over yogurt and serve immediately.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and creaminess.
