Delight in these crispy taco shells filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, coated with crunchy strawberry topping for a perfect treat.
Ingredients
Tortillas

flour tortillas

unsalted butter, melted

white chocolate, melted

strawberry crunch (for coating)

cream cheese, softened

powdered sugar

vanilla extract

heavy whipping cream

fresh strawberries, sliced or halved

strawberry syrup
Instructions
Cut tortillas into 4-inch circles, brush with melted butter, and drape over a muffin tin to form shells.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden; let cool.
Melt white chocolate, brush inside and outside of shells, then coat with strawberry crunch and set aside to harden.
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; whip heavy cream to peaks and fold in.
Fill shells with cream mixture, top with strawberries, and drizzle with strawberry syrup before serving.
Notes
Ensure shells are completely cooled before coating to prevent melting.
