Delight in these crispy taco shells filled with creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, coated with crunchy strawberry topping for a perfect treat.

Ingredients

Tortillas

  • 5 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
  • 13 ounces white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup strawberry crunch (for coating)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced or halved
  • 2/3 cup strawberry syrup

Instructions 

  • Cut tortillas into 4-inch circles, brush with melted butter, and drape over a muffin tin to form shells.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes until golden; let cool.
  • Melt white chocolate, brush inside and outside of shells, then coat with strawberry crunch and set aside to harden.
  • Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth; whip heavy cream to peaks and fold in.
  • Fill shells with cream mixture, top with strawberries, and drizzle with strawberry syrup before serving.

Notes

Ensure shells are completely cooled before coating to prevent melting.
