Filling

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment.
Mix oats, flour, sugars, baking soda, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
Reserve 1 cup of crumble for topping. Press remaining into pan and bake 10-12 mins.
Cook strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice until thickened. Mix cornstarch with water and add to filling.
Spread filling over crust, sprinkle with reserved crumble, and bake 20-25 mins. Cool before slicing.
Notes
Use fresh strawberries for best flavor. Keep refrigerated.
