Enjoy a refreshing and healthy treat with these homemade strawberry yogurt popsicles, perfect for hot days or a quick snack.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 really ripe banana banana

Dairy & Sweetener

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey (optional)

Instructions 

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert sticks.
  • Freeze for at least 4 hours until solid.

Notes

You can add a splash of vanilla extract for extra flavor.
