A delicious baked pasta dish featuring jumbo shells filled with a cheesy spinach mixture, topped with marinara and melted cheese.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil shells until just al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
Sauté garlic in olive oil for 1 minute, add spinach and cook until wilted. Cool slightly.
Mix ricotta, seasonings, half of mozzarella, Parmesan, cream cheese, egg, and cooled spinach.
Fill shells with cheese mixture, place in baking dish, top with remaining marinara and cheese.
Cover and bake for 20 minutes, then uncover and bake 10 more minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use extra shells to prevent breakage and ensure even filling.
