Ingredients

Sauces and liquids

  • 0.5 cup creamy natural peanut butter
  • 0.25 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2.5 tablespoons honey
  • juice and zest of one lime lime juice and zest
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon red curry paste or curry powder
  • 1 shallot shallot, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

Flatbread and toppings

  • 1 pre-made flatbread flatbread
  • 1 pouch Salmon Chicken of the Sea Sweet and Spicy Flavored Salmon
  • 0.25 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped peanuts
  • 0.25 cup chopped matchstick carrots
  • 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onion
  • 0.25 cup rice noodles

Instructions 

  • Blend peanut butter, broth, soy sauce, honey, lime, garlic, curry, shallot, chili paste, and vinegar until smooth.
  • Spread the salmon over the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle cheese and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh herbs or a squeeze of lime before serving.
