Instructions
Cook ground beef with taco seasoning until browned.
Mix salsa, sour cream, lime juice, and olive oil in a large bowl.
Add cooked beef, beans, corn, tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, cilantro, and cheese to the bowl; toss gently.
Serve over chopped lettuce, topped with tortilla chips and remaining sour cream.
Notes
For a homemade seasoning, combine chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano.
