Enjoy a flavorful and easy-to-make teriyaki chicken wrap, perfect for a quick lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 2 pieces boneless (skinless chicken breasts)
  • 0.5 cup teriyaki sauce

Wraps

  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps

Vegetables

  • 0.5 cup shredded carrots
  • 0.5 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce

Optional Condiment

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions 

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook chicken 5–7 minutes per side until done. Rest for 5 minutes.
  • Slice cooked chicken and toss with teriyaki sauce.
  • Prep veggies: shred carrots and cabbage, chop lettuce, and warm tortillas.
  • Assemble wraps: spread mayonnaise, add chicken, veggies, and roll tightly. Slice in half.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can customize the veggies or add a splash of sriracha for extra flavor.
