Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare baking dish.
Cook ground turkey and onion in canola oil until done, then add ginger and garlic.
Add vegetables and rice, then stir in sauce. Transfer to baking dish.
Cover and bake for 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley and sesame seeds before serving.
