Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 fillets chicken (boneless, skinless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Mix butter, honey, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Deglaze the pan with chicken broth, stir in the butter mixture, and cook until smooth.
  • Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the butter mixture for 30 minutes before cooking.
