Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
Brush salmon fillets with half of the glaze and place on the baking sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
Let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.
