A deliciously sweet and savory salmon dish that captures the essence of Texas Roadhouse.

Ingredients

  • 4 oz salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  • Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Brush salmon fillets with half of the glaze and place on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze and bake for another 8-10 minutes.
  • Let rest for 2 minutes, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the salmon marinate in the glaze for 30 minutes before baking.
