Enjoy these light and fluffy gluten-free, dairy-free pancakes made with wholesome oat flour, perfect for a healthy breakfast.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Let the batter rest for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
Heat oil or dairy-free butter in a skillet over medium heat.
