Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1.5 cups certified gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt

Wet ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk (or other milk)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 large egg

Instructions 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Let the batter rest for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
