Cake Mix
15.25ozStrawberry Cake Mix
3largeeggs(usually required for cake mix)
0.5cupvegetable oil(usually required for cake mix)
1cupwater(usually required for cake mix)
1.5QuartsVanilla Bean Ice Cream
0.5cupFresh Strawberries(finely diced, optional)
Decorations
to tastePink/White Sprinkles(for decorating)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease two 9×13-inch pans.
Prepare the cake batter as per box instructions, fold in diced strawberries, spread evenly, and bake for 10–12 minutes. Cool completely.
Freeze the cooled cakes for 20 minutes. Slightly soften ice cream at room temperature for 5 minutes.
Layer the ice cream between the cake layers, then cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Cut into 12 rectangles, decorate with sprinkles if desired, and serve.
