Instructions
Season tilapia with salt and pepper.
Cook tilapia in hot oil 3-4 mins per side, then set aside.
Melt butter, sauté garlic 1 min.
Add peppers, then pour in cream and broth. Simmer 5 mins.
Blend sauce until smooth, stir in lemon juice, then reheat tilapia in sauce. Garnish with parsley.
Notes
Use fresh parsley for best flavor.
