A flavorful and creamy tilapia dish featuring roasted red pepper sauce, perfect for a quick and elegant meal.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 4 fillets tilapia fillets

Oils & Fats

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Seasonings & Spices

  • Salt and pepper to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Produce

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped (jarred or homemade)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Garnish

  • Fresh parsley, chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Season tilapia with salt and pepper.
  • Cook tilapia in hot oil 3-4 mins per side, then set aside.
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic 1 min.
  • Add peppers, then pour in cream and broth. Simmer 5 mins.
  • Blend sauce until smooth, stir in lemon juice, then reheat tilapia in sauce. Garnish with parsley.

Notes

Use fresh parsley for best flavor.
