Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 1 cup gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 scoops vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Liquid ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional creamy addition

  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free mascarpone (optional)

Toppings

Instructions 

  • Combine oats, cocoa powder, and protein powder in a bowl or jar.
  • Add almond milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; stir well.
  • If desired, mix in dairy-free mascarpone.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Stir before serving and top with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder.
