Ingredients

Fruits and liquids

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 frozen banana (frozen)
  • 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 0.5 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • to taste fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions 

  • Add pineapple, coconut milk, banana, Greek yogurt, and honey to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice and blend again until crushed.
  • Taste and add more honey if desired, then blend briefly.
  • Pour into glasses, sprinkle shredded coconut, and garnish with mint leaves.

Notes

For a colder smoothie, use frozen pineapple instead of fresh.
