Instructions
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté onions until soft, add garlic and tomato paste, cook for a minute.
Add ground beef, cook until browned, then stir in spices and pureed tomatoes. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
Mix yogurt with mashed garlic, salt, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
Melt butter with olive oil, add mint and paprika, cook briefly until fragrant.
Assemble: Divide pasta, top with beef sauce, add yogurt sauce, drizzle with butter sauce, garnish as desired.
Notes
For extra spice, sprinkle additional pul biber on top before serving.
