A deliciously creamy Tuscan-inspired salmon dish that combines rich flavors of parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes.

Instructions
Pat salmon dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear in olive oil and butter for 6-7 minutes until golden.
Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the pan, sauté for 30 seconds, then deglaze with white wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and parmesan, add spinach, return salmon to the pan, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding fresh herbs like basil or parsley before serving.
