Instructions
Heat oil in a large skillet, cook shallots until translucent, then add garlic and cook 1 minute.
Add ground turkey, cook until browned, then stir and break into small pieces.
Create a well in the pan, add tomato paste, oregano, fennel, red pepper flakes; cook 1 minute, then stir and cook 2 more minutes.
Add broth, tomatoes, beans, and kale; simmer uncovered for 12 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan, simmer 3 minutes until thick and creamy. Serve garnished with extra Parmesan and crusty bread.
Notes
For a spicier kick, increase red pepper flakes to 1 tsp.
