Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two 9-inch pans.
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk, oil, vanilla; beat 2 min. Stir in boiling water.
Pour batter into pans. Bake 30-35 min. Cool completely.
Heat cream, pour over chocolate; stir until smooth. Spread ganache between layers and over top.
Assemble cake, garnish as desired. Slice and serve.
