A quick and hearty one-pan meal combining ground beef, peppers, and rice for a satisfying dinner.

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté peppers and onion for 5 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until no pink remains. Stir in garlic and cook 30-45 seconds.
Drain excess grease, then season with onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, rice, and beef broth. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is cooked and liquid absorbed.
Serve warm and enjoy!

Feel free to add cheese or hot sauce for extra flavor.
