A creamy, elegant dessert featuring vanilla-infused panna cotta topped with fresh berry compote.
Ingredients
Dairy

whole milk

teaspoons
powdered gelatin

cup
granulated sugar

heavy cream (or half and half)

vanilla bean
vanilla bean (seeds scraped)
(or 1 tsp vanilla paste or extract)

sea salt

Instructions
Spray ramekins with cooking spray and wipe out excess.
Heat milk in a saucepan; sprinkle gelatin and let sit 5 minutes.
Warm milk gently, stirring until gelatin dissolves; add sugar and stir until dissolved.
Remove from heat; whisk in cream, vanilla, and salt. Pour into ramekins and chill until set.
Notes
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
