Instructions
Combine half of the chai spice blend with sugar for topping; reserve the rest for batter.
Preheat oven to 350°F, line 16 cupcake molds.
Mix coconut oil, sugars, vanilla, eggs, and pumpkin; add dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
Divide batter into molds and bake for 18-22 minutes; cool before frosting.
Make frosting by boiling cream, butter, and brown sugar; cool, then beat with remaining butter, vanilla, cinnamon, and powdered sugar.
