A creamy and delicious Veggie Orzo packed with nutritious vegetables, perfect for toddlers and families alike.
Ingredients

broccoli (chopped)

carrots (finely shredded)

chicken broth

Instructions
Chop broccoli and shred carrots.
Heat olive oil in a pot, add broccoli, carrots, and garlic. Sauté for 5 minutes.
Add orzo and chicken broth, bring to a boil, then cook for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in cream cheese and parmesan until melted and creamy.
Cool slightly before serving. Enjoy as is or with grilled chicken or fish.
