Instructions
Add ground venison, onion, bell pepper, and garlic to a large pot. Cook until browned, then drain excess grease.
Add tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes, water, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in uncooked macaroni and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently.
Mix in cheddar cheese and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
