Instructions
Add pistachios to a food processor and process for 5-8 seconds.
Add feta, cilantro, scallions, honey, and lemon zest; process until smooth but chunky.
Serve with a well in the center, topped with olive oil, pistachios, and lemon zest.
Garnish with reserved pistachios and enjoy with pita.
Notes
