A creamy, herb-infused feta dip topped with pistachios and olive oil, perfect for sharing.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 8 oz feta block
  • 1/2 cup roasted pistachios (separate a few for topping)
  • 1 lemon lemon zest
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup scallions
  • Olive oil for topping
  • 1/2 tsp Honey

Instructions 

  • Add pistachios to a food processor and process for 5-8 seconds.
  • Add feta, cilantro, scallions, honey, and lemon zest; process until smooth but chunky.
  • Serve with a well in the center, topped with olive oil, pistachios, and lemon zest.
  • Garnish with reserved pistachios and enjoy with pita.

Notes

For extra flavor, let the dip chill for 30 minutes before serving.
