Ingredients

Dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Add-ins

  • 3/4 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet.
  • Mix dry ingredients, cut in butter, then fold in raspberries and chocolate.
  • Whisk wet ingredients and combine with dry to form dough.
  • Pat dough into a circle, cut into wedges, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Cool slightly before serving.
