Instructions
Mix warm water, honey, and yeast; let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
Add warm milk, oil, and salt to the yeast mixture.
Gradually add all purpose flour and whole wheat flour, kneading until smooth.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Shape into a loaf, place in a greased pan, and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
For a softer crust, cover the bread with a damp towel during the first rise.
