A rich and indulgent no-bake chocolate tart that combines a crunchy Oreo crust with a smooth chocolate filling, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Crust
24cookiesOreo cookies
6tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted
Filling
1cupcoarsely chopped bittersweet chocolate
1cupcoarsely chopped milk chocolate
1cupheavy cream
1/4cupunsalted butter, cut into small pieces
Instructions
Pulse Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground, then mix with melted butter and press into a 9-inch tart pan. Chill for 30 minutes or bake at 350F/180C for 5-6 minutes, then cool.
Place chopped chocolates in a bowl. Heat heavy cream and butter until boiling, pour over chocolate, and stir until smooth. Pour into crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
Keep the tart covered in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
Notes
For a crisper crust, bake it briefly before filling.
